mixing web, code and humans by Emil Cardell
UNWILLINGCODER
The Unwilling Coder is...

...unwilling to create and develop crappy solutions, always working for a better one.
...unwilling to pass blame, by taking responsibility to solve the problem.
...unwilling to accept subjective or uninformed decisions, gathering info to make objective decisions.
...unwilling to accept a project without full transparency, working for an open and visual workspace.
...unwilling to do the same thing over and over again, evolving my work every day to find a better ways.

About the author:

Emil Cardell

I’m a Web developer working in Stockholm as a consultant since 2004 doing mainly EPiServer Community and CMS development for a big variety of customers. Today I’m working at consulting firm as a web developer.

I have a great passion for the web development craft in every aspect from backend and frontend to running projects and product development. I’m a .net developer and a big fan of the ALT.net projects out there, including asp.net MVC. I'm very intrigued by the inner workings of projects and teams and continue to learn and practice good project execution.

Why did I start this blog?

This blog is mainly about my everyday work that I have split in to two sections; the craft of creating community and CMS sites and, the softer side, working as a consultant in Stockholm helping customers build great web sites. In addition to this I’m also going to write about projects I’m working on outside work and open source projects that I think are awesome.

Read about how I built this blog.

Unwilling Coder is a blog about web development, normally in the consulting world using EpiServer products, and the projects I'm involved in.
